Lesión renal aguda ¿Qué hay de nuevo en la evidencia?

La lesión renal aguda se define como un síndrome clínico que cursa con una disminución aguda de la tasa de filtración
glomerular. Desde la última actualización de las guías KDIGO 2012 han surgido avances en la detección temprana,
prevención y manejo oportuno de esta patología al igual que medidas encaminadas a disminuir los costos hospitalarios y el
impacto en morbimortalidad. Se presenta a continuación una aproximación actualizada en el abordaje de esta entidad.
