Abstract

The investigation Petrophysical correlates the surface with subsurface formations in Neiva subbasin. Based on this methodology was applied to calculate the porosity, permeability and mineralogical composition of the rocks warehouse. Was taken as a basis of subsurface data Information of 4 formations, training horses first-second Gualanday training, third Monserrate formation and finally the formation Honda, ie rocks correlated petrofisicamente store to analyze changes suffers the rock as it decreases the pressure and temperature. In the correlation process were considered permeabilities, porosities, and rock composition warehouse in the background, so it was necessary to make the lifting of stratigraphic columns in the study area to perform the analysis of the surface rocks.

Through correlation was observed changes petrophysical rock undergoes when subjected to erosión, low pressure, and temperature. Finally, we should mention that when performing the correlation calculation is performed permeability, porosity and surface mineralogical composition.
