Abstract

This article presents the level of relevance for the migratory birds of seven watersheds or parts of them located m the Colombian Andes, which were tested throueh seven entena that allow establishing, throusb a hierarchical anatysis the pnontization of those areas; this comparative analysis evidenced that according to this order Las Ceibas nver watersheld first as well as the upper Patia valley present the highest munber of migratory species with any sort of interest for preservation, showmg the ecological importance that these areas present globally.
