Abstract

This work presents the design and implementation of an instrument o help the diagnosis and measuring of atmospheric variables that affect a photovoltaic solar installation. The instrument consist of three modules: the first, ís a station that works outdoors and powered with solar panels. the second is a terminal with data store where a user operating the station, and the third is a managed software which allows register and display data in a PC.
