This article is part of the research entitled “Neiva and its republican architecture between 1920 and 1940: expressions of a late modernity”, and has the purpose of contextualizing at a historical and cultural level the image of the cover of this edition of the Revista Paideia Surcolombiana, which is why I would like to propose the following review of the monument.
