Abstract

We belong to historical moment in which the body has become a beautiful object of consumism. The health that is appealed to start the exhausting days of physical exercises takes a second place due to the fact that, the idea is to aquire the "shape", to be in "shape". The shape culturally coined as ideal through careful advertisement campains that should promote the sells of the thrilling industry of body care articles  such as cosmetics, slimming pills, self-adhesive garments to modify the anatomy, dietary soft-drinks, devices to increase the height, esthetic surgerys and, so on.
