Abstract
Between neonatal urgencies, the gastroschisis is a defect of the abdominal wall, which if not treated quickly and appropriately, can lead to sepsis, necrotizing enterocolitis and intestinal failure, among others, with consequences as malabsorption syndrome or death. There is the importance of having in a clear and concise manner, sufficient information for an adequate peri operative management.
