Abstract

In this article, I want to  to briefly address four aspects: 
First, an illustration about our roots and cultural identity. Second, a reflection on the involvement of identity and personal and institutional commitment in educational and cultural development. Third, some general aspects about the law of culture and, fourthly, to establish minimum institutional requirements and commitments to achieve the operation of the law.
