Abstract

it has been thought and meditated to resolve the backwardness that in sport and competitiveness is had in Colombia. But, while there has not been  solving problems such as the abundance of sports bureaucracy, the poor use of the scenarios, the lack of schools, continuous and extensive programming by leagues and federations, training and updating of technicians and monitors, the lack of links between cooperation, advice and exchange of proposals to train, promote and qualify sport in regions where luckily there are Physical Education Programs at the University level, and the apathy of the Associations of Physical Educators to integrate into the socio-sports reality of the country , that have not allowed them to become aware of the role they must fulfill in the training process of the competitive athlete,
recreational, participatory and champion.
