The objective of this article is to inquire themethodological possibilities of the imagination in the mathematical problem solving originated in phyics situations. To this effect, the method of mathematical induction is used, comparing it with the intuitive method. It is concluded that intuition is a fast and elegant way that limits the margin of uncertainty that we They can leave the long analytical processes.
