Abstract

The board of school of education in order to bring together the work of all programs around common perspectives, structure for the year 1996 a basic action plan, which largely includes institutional policies.

This plan will not only illuminate the actions of the different governing bodies of the faculty, but it will constitute an element for the evaluation, to the extent that it will allow to determine periodically if the planned goals are being achieved and, consequently, to trace the corrective ones of the case.

As foreseen by the modern planning criteria, it is not a rigid and finished document, on the contrary, it should be taken as a starting point that needs to be enriched from the debates that are generated in the department councils, in the committee meetings, and in the discussions of the work teams that are consolidating in the faculty.
