It is normal to affirm that the education of this country is in crisis. Lots of essays have been written to show the diificulties that besiege and degrade our new educayive institutions. There have been lots of conferences in order to find coherent alternatives that must conduct us to more efficient approaches.
In the last 90 years, there had not been legistated in educative matters, just like it is proposed in the measure that we find nowadays in the senate. This Project is being arranged between the goverment and the engaged communities with the education in the country.
