Abstract

The obligatory necessity, such as the survival condition,  our country has to assume the different processes of globalization that are characteristic of today's world, which demands a "collective conscience taking" that engages both governments, political leaders and business leaders, as well as all ordinary citizens.
It is not just about preparing to "learn" to "manipulate" or "operate" the multiple, and increasingly complex, variety of implements produced by modern technology that reach us through multinationals in search of our markets , Raw materials and cheap labor.
