Abstract

This training plan is the result of the research entitled "THE  ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING IN BASIC PRIMARY EDUCATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NEIVA".
Directly diagnosed 101 educational centers (71 official and 30 unofficial from the urban area represented by their rectors and 257 professors (190 from official establishments and 68 from the unofficial ones). There is an urban area in the municipality of Neiva.The academic aspect was structured by professors Luis Evelio Vanegas Rubio and Lilian Cecilia Zambrano Castillo with the collaboration of other professors from
Department of Modern Languages of the Surcolombiana University The bibliographic resource of the University was counted, which in this area is very updated and the own of each one of the researchers.
